Nadia and Carol

Nadia Comaneci, (born November 12th of November, 1961 Gheorghe Gheorghiu Dej, (presently Onesti(born November 12, 1961 in Gheorghe Gheorghiu Dej, now One Romania) Romanian gymnast who was the first gymnast in history to get a flawless score of 10 points in the Olympic competition. Comaneci was discovered by Bela Karolyi, later to be the Romanian gymnastics coach when she was only six years old. The first time she competed was at the National Junior Championships in where she placed 13th in the year 1969. In 1970, she was crowned champion. She took home three golds at her debut competition at a junior Olympic meet in 1972, which was a communist countries. The following year, 1973 as well as 1974, she was the junior all-round champion. She took home four gold medals and one silver in her first international competition for seniors that took place in 1975. It was the first time she participated as a senior. In 1976, she won the American Cup at the New York City Olympics. She also was the first female ever to remove the parallel bars with backwards double salto. Carol Wayne.........................Carol Wayne was an American film and TV actor best recognized for portraying Art Fern's Tea-Time Movie Lady on The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson. She started her career in entertainment during her teenage years performing as a figure skating duo with the twin sister Nina Wayne for the travelling entertainment program Ice Capades. Carol Marie Wayne is a United States citizen, born on the 6th of September 1942, in Chicago Illinois. Carol's career began in entertainment during her teenage year. Her career began by joining her sister Nina Wayne to perform in Ice Capades, a traveling spectacle of entertainment. Ice Capades was a show that featured ice-skating by actors.
